WEDGE WIRE SCREEN CYLINDERS

FeiYa International Group Ltd Screens make Screen Cylinders from vee shaped wire for filtration.  A  V shaped wire is spirally wound and welded on a cage of longitudinal wedge shaped or trapezoidal shaped rods. Each and every intersection between vee shaped wire and the wedge wire is welded automatically. This creates a continuous spiral slot. These screen tubes cylinders are also known as continuous vee slot  tubes.

Different types of construction are available such as

Rod base construction             :            Outside to Inside Flow

Wire base Construction            :            Inside to Outside flow

Inverted Wire base                :            Inside to Outside flow

External Axial Wire                :            Outside to Inside Flow

Internal Axial Wire                 :            Inside to Outside Flow
